Just taking a second to appreciate (although I know it's a little late) how absolutely beautiful Kate Winslet looked at the Titanic premier in this amazing Jenny Packham dress. The full length silk number with Swarovski crystal cap sleeves looked so elegant and sophisticated! Don't you agree?

So Monday is here again. Below are some pictures from last week. I have been a bit quiet on the blog lately. I've had loads of university work to do. I actually only have 25 days before my final ever hand in and then I am officially finished. My week therefore was quite boring. Ate lots of food (including Yo Sushi + Chimichangas with my friends). It was mother's day so I also went to London with my mum and I took pictures of myself bored in uni using the reflection in my laptop (procrastination). We had some beautiful weather so I also took a trip down to Cardiff bay for a Starbucks, it was extremely busy!! Everyone seems to flock out as soon as there's a bit of sunshine (I don't blame them I did exactly the same). Anyway this week I am lucky to be spending a week in a wonderful little shop in Cheltenham called 'Olive'. I will do a proper blog post on it once I've completed my week. As part of my final project I have to do a work placement relating to the assignment and I managed to get this little week in this amazing shop. Check out the website here! Next week I will inundate you with pictures of the shop.

Hope everyone has had a nice easy Monday.

My Weekend.

This is a little late but a while back I mentioned how I attended the 'blogshop' London course in Shoreditch. Well now I am finally getting round to posting a few pictures. Granted I have about 1000 pictures from the weekend but understand nobody would take pleasure in looking at all of them *I haven't even got round to it yet.

I was lucky enough to spend the weekend at my Aunties flat just outside Nottinghill so enjoyed spending a few days just taking in the London atmosphere. I visited the David Hockney exhibition which was really good, definitely recommend. We went to a late showing which involved a free glass of vodka and coke and also meant the exhibition was lovely and quiet. I went out for numerous meals to wonderful restaurants , which is one thing I love about spending time with my Auntie. I get to go to lots of lovely places, and as you can see she has the most wonderful cats (Heri + Sami). I also took a trip to the electric cinema on Portobello road which was absolutely amazing, we saw 'The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel' and went for diner in a lovely french restaurant after. I couldn't get my head around the whole sofas in a cinema thing - WITH footrests!!! It was like heaven.

There is lots more to say but I always feel like I am rambling and nobody wants to know ha. Anyway hope everyone had a lovely week - yay it's the weekend!!!

Relax!

Hello!

Thought I would do a little wanted list for COS at the moment. I can't help but check the new in section and just stare in awe at all the beautiful clothes. The clothes are so timeless and classic I feel I can justify everything just by saying I can wear it for years and years. Maybe on my next trip to London I will treat myself to a little something for Spring. They just seem to get it so right with the colours, shapes and design of the garments. Below are links to all of the items incase anyone takes a shine to anything.

Satsuki Shibuya

While browsing online & I found this lovely brand stocking various home furnishings. Satsuki is the creator and is an LA born and raised graphic designer. Her love for nature sure comes through in her designs and prints. I definitely recommend checking her out if you are looking for a gift for someone or anything 'home' for yourselves. She stocks a variety of things from aprons, coasters to cushion covers. A really lovely brand, the only downside is she is based in LA so the postage might be a bit pricey and the wait is up to 8 weeks (I would say it is definitely worth the wait though).

ANVE

That moment when you come across something on the internet and you instantly feel the need to share what you have discovered with every single person you speak to that day. Well today, that happened. I stumbled upon this brand 'ANVE'. Taking inspiration from Berlin all the way to Tokyo the brand offers simple, unique and classic designs. Offering an accessories and home-ware range there is plenty to choose from. The fold up bags are what instantly caught my eye. Coming in a range of colours they really are beautiful. I would describe them as different but what I mean is something you won't see somebody else rocking as you walk down the street or walk into a bar. The prices range from about 99 euros up to 230 euros for some of the home accessories. The good news is they ship all over the world. Below I have included some images off the website of the items they sell! Everybody needs to check them out - now!!! This is the website ----> http://anve.net/

Wednesday Wants

Just a few bits from Topshop's new in section. The first thing I do every morning, even before checking facebook (not twitter, twitter is always first) is check the Topshop new in. I love seeing the new and exciting styles they have. I don't think I would wear any of these garments together in an outfit apart from the jacket and bag which are pretty versatile but they all just stood out as something I would wear either with jeans or the dress just with a pair of sandals. I have included links for all of the items below. I always love this time of year when the floral designs start coming in and brightening up the wardrobes.
